TR30 - Network Security Training (Available On-Site Only)

This two-day course focuses on securing network environments. Learn how a network analyzer can protect against internal and external security threats.


Objectives

• Secure and troubleshoot LAN environments
• Identify vulnerabilities, verify signatures, and analyze trace files with a focus on network security
• Learn how packets are formed to deliver information to the intended destination
• Use significant bits and bytes in protocol headers to identify network intrusions
• Understand different methods of network penetration, analyze trace files for erroneous conditions, and correct or block them
