TR02 - TCP/IP Network Analysis
This two-day course focuses on the protocols and issues network professionals face in TCP/IP environments.
Prerequisite: TR01
Objectives:

Effectively manage and troubleshoot TCP/IP environments
- Learn how IP
addressing provides for the delivery of packets to the intended
destination address
- Utilize significant bits and bytes in protocol
headers to assist in troubleshooting
- Analyze TCP-layer operations and
look for solutions.

• Common TCP problems and troubleshooting tips

• Unified Communications and VoIP
• Traffic analysis by protocol
• Multi-tier applications (understand architecture and troubleshooting)
